This suite of software allows you provide and manage accommodations to students with disabilities.
It's modular in nature, so choose the services or accommodations you need to provide.
Available Modules
Student Information and Registration
Allows students to request accommodations that they are eligible for. The entire accomodation form is dynamically generated and tailored to student's eligibility profile. The system also tracks various student information that can be useful to generate report. Additionally, you can keep track of notes or progress of your students where
only
your staff can access.

Tracking Accomodation Requests
Provides coordinator with ways to track student's requests for accommodation. The system is designed to send notification letter that specifically match on what services student requested and additional notes under student profile.

Notetaking Services
Provides information management on notetaking requests, and allows class note takers to be matched up with students requesting notetaking accommodations. Also provides a mechanism to provide payroll, and invoicing to student employees as well as a note taker rating system that allows students to rate their various note takers.
Alternative Formats Provides information on current requests as well as tracking all past alternative format materials and requests. The system can be linked to your bookstore website to retrive book list for each student request. The system allows your department to upload your students' scanned receipts and copy publisher permission to the database. It provides a comprehensive list of completed materials, current materials, and students receiving alternative formats in general.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHOH)
Provide means to manage DHOH requests quickly and easily. The system is capable of generating class schedule by term and week, which allows the DHOH coordinator to assign transcribers or interpreters in the class. Additionally, it maintains a video captioning libary and manages video captioning requests for the students.
Alternative Testing Services
Provides a means to match proctors, locations and students requiring testing accommodations. It lets you schedule your staff and students as necessary to fill your testing needs. The system also allow testing coordinators to see at a glance all testing request and generates email reminders to the students, staff, and proctors.
Other Miscellaneous Services
Provides means to track other services, such as table, chair, and room relocation. The system gives you flexibility to track all requestable services.
Tracking Equipment Checkout
Provides means to inventorize equipment owned by the department and tracks all equipment checked out by the users.
Metrics and Demographics on Demand
Allows you to run real time reports on any demographic desired. Includes all disability types, number of students, term by term comparison, and provides trends over time.

Calendar Software
Integrated calendar feature that allows students or staff to enter important testing information, as well as assignments or other information of importance. Allows students to export this information into Yahoo or Google calendars. Links to current scheduled exams, allowing students to see their schedule and upcoming tests either in a term, week, month, or list view.
