Important Message from AIM

Hello and thank you for your interest!

In an effort to meet client demand due to COVID and overwhelming system popularity, as of September 1st, AIM will be putting all demos on hold and not bringing on new customers for the next couple of months. We are doing this to prepare additional resources to ensure the continued excellent responsive service and support everyone is accustomed to. This way we can ensure that everyone will receive dedicated support in a timely fashion, and we can also prepare for the influx of clients as we move forward into the new year.

What does that mean for existing customers?
Nothing really changes, we will continue to support you as you grow and use AIM.

What does that mean for interested or prospective customers?
Just that you may have to wait a semester while we bring additional resources on board to make sure you have the best experience possible.

To Get a Quote

Before we can provide you with a quote, we need:

  • To know how many students are supported by your office.

  • To know which modules you might want to implement.

  • To know which data synchronization options you might want.

  • To know if you would also like SSO (Single Sign on Services) this allows us to integrate with your student portal.

Demo Preparation

All demos are provided via Zoom. Before our demo, you should:

  • Test your connection prior to the demo.

  • Click on the link provided and install the Zoom Client.

  • Schedule a room that will allow you to use a conference telephone.
